1 Episiotomy & Perineal Laceration Trainer
This Simulator gives students the opportunity to learn and train the techniques
needed to treat the most common birth injuries. The student or teacher can cut the
model after his needs to simulate all kinds of episiotomies or all stages of perineal
laceration and to repair them. Embedded in the model there are representations of
the bulbocavernous muscle, transverse perineal muscle and external anal sphincter,
which can be cut and repaired individually. The tough tissue material is held in a
plastic stand. The simulator comes with tissue pad in stand, instruments in foldover
case, one suture and a soft carrying case.
